When will I receive my order?

All products shown available online are currently in stock and ready to ship. All orders will be shipped by the 4th business day. Any orders placed after 2pm est, the first business day is not until the following day. Business days do not include the weekend or any holidays. Once shipped, a tracking number will be available for you to track your order.

What if I made an error with my shipping address?

We understand that mistakes happen and are willing to make updates to address the day of when the order is made. If your address is wrong, please email us with a picture of your ID and correct address.

Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Why are the bars in different colors each time?

All of our soaps are made in small batches, to allow for creativity we may pick different designs. While the design or color may different, the formula does not. 

What preservative does Beauty This use?

We decided on Optiphen Plus for any products that require a preservative. Optiphen Plus is not harmful in anyway, it is paraben and formaldehyde-fee.
